Trademark

"Aptabit", "Aptabit Platform", the cube logo, and other trademarks, product names, and visual identity elements are trademarks of Aptabit, registered or pending, protected by Brazilian Law No. 9,279/1996 (Industrial Property Act) and international treaties.

• Truthful nominal reference to Aptabit and its products in texts, news, analyses, and educational materials, without suggesting sponsorship or affiliation.
• Use by customers to indicate that they use the Aptabit Platform, and by active partners under the terms of their agreement with Aptabit.
• Use of documentation and platform screenshots for deployment, training, and support purposes.

Use of the trademarks in products, services, company names, domains, social media accounts, promotional materials, or in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation requires Aptabit's written authorization. Altering the logo, combining it with other marks, using confusingly similar variations, or registering similar trademarks or domains is prohibited.

Aptabit’s logo is made of the cube symbol and the Aptabit name. Use the blue version on light backgrounds. On black or graphite backgrounds, use the white or the blue version, as in the product signature; on the brand blue and on photos, always use the white version. The symbol on its own is reserved for small spaces, such as app icons and social media avatars, where the Aptabit name appears next to it.

• Keep a clear space around the logo equal to the height of the cube (x), free of text, images or other elements.
• Minimum size of the full logo: 96 px wide on screens and 25 mm in print.
• Minimum size of the symbol: 24 px on screens and 6 mm in print.

The logo uses two shades of blue: one in the symbol and another in the name. Always apply it in the official colors or entirely in white, never in other colors, gradients or grayscale.

• The product is called Aptabit Platform, with both words and capital initials, in any language. Do not translate or abbreviate it (for example, “Aptabit’s platform” or “Aptabit AI”).
• In the product signature, the logo is followed by the word Platform, aligned with the letters of the logo. Do not separate or recombine the elements of the signature.
• In running text, write Aptabit Platform without the logo.

• Do not distort, stretch or compress the logo.
• Do not rotate or tilt the logo.
• Do not change the colors or apply gradients, shadows, outlines or other effects.
• Do not place the logo on low-contrast backgrounds or on images that impair legibility.
• Do not crop the logo, rearrange its elements or replace the typeface of the name.
• Do not use the logo as part of sentences or as an icon for other products.

• In authorized joint materials, place the logos side by side, with the same visual weight, separated by a vertical rule or by the clear space.
• Do not merge Aptabit’s logo with other marks or create combined signatures.
• References to the partnership follow the terms of the agreement signed with Aptabit.
