By accessing the Aptabit website you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of the Aptabit Platform is governed separately by the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the agreement signed with each customer.

The site is informational and commercial: it presents the Aptabit Platform, solutions, cases, news, public documentation, and contact channels. Information may change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer; commercial terms are defined in proposals and contracts.

You may browse, read, and share links to the content. It is prohibited to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, bypass security mechanisms, or overload the infrastructure.

The site may contain third-party links and content, such as YouTube videos, VLibras (on the Portuguese version), and the partner portal. Aptabit does not control those services and is not responsible for their policies or availability.

These terms may be changed at any time and take effect upon publication. Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction in the courts of São José dos Campos - SP, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
